Keith Karchmar has been advising high net worth clients for over 20 years, serving as an expert in the design, acquisition and management of life insurance.

 

Keith helps his clients experience better financial outcomes through life insurance planning, boiling complex issues into simple discussions. He implements solutions that increase family wealth and ensures that legacy wealth sustains for generations to come. Examples of his expertise include:

  • Administration and tax compliance of trusts and estates

  • Tailoring estate tax deferral and wealth transfer strategies to optimize personal and non-tax objectives

 

Keith received his Master of Science in Taxation (MST) degree from the Gies College of Business at The University of Illinois. He regularly works with other trusted advisors and tax professionals to collaborate and efficiently implement tax strategies.

When you work with Matt, you don’t need to be the expert – Matt takes care of that – but his passion, and his ultimate goal, is to make sure every one of his clients has the knowledge they need so they can be confident in navigating their own unique course.

When not working with clients, Matt is up for anything active and outdoors. While that has included a lot of fishing and hunting in the past, these days it’s more about coaching kids’ football, baseball and softball teams--which he loves just as much (if not more!). Matt also loves traveling with his family whenever possible. And when he can find the time, he’s a pretty decent golfer.

Lisa Judy possesses a unique combination of people and process skills. Not many people would be able to master both the detailed ins-and-outs of firm management as well as the day-to-day connections needed for great client relationships. We're lucky to have her as our Client Relations Manager.

 

Before joining K&H Wealth Partners Lisa managed a small law firm where she worked closely with the partners and clients, so she knows how to flourish in a family-centered environment. She's highly process­ oriented and is able to pay close attention to detail.

She's also mastered the art of clear and consistent communication, and understands the value of timely responses with answers to every question.

 

Her law firm experience has also prepared Lisa to genuinely and empathetically care for her clients. She treats them like family, not because she has to, but because she wants to. It's truly in her DNA. In her words, "I'm a connector at heart.”

 

Not surprisingly, Lisa spends as much of her free time as she can with her family. She also loves to get outside whenever she can, and see live music, anything from a stadium show to a guy with a guitar at a local establishment.

Roger Hoenes is a senior wealth advisor who's an educator at heart. While he has three financial planning certifications, he also has a Masters in Secondary School education, which has served him and his clients well over his decades-long career. Roger gets great satisfaction from helping people navigate the complicated maze of financial products and services, and in kind, people trust him. Some have been his clients for over 20 and even 30 years.

 

After 17 years with a Fortune 500 broker dealer, Roger founded Pro-vi$ion Advisor Group in 2008, and successfully ran his independent firm through June 2024 when K&H Wealth Partners acquired Pro-vi$ion. Clients work with Roger because of his extremely personalized service and the high degree of care he provides. In turn, he helps them immeasurably improve their lives and their livelihoods. He's excited to bring those same relationships and results to clients now that Pro-vi$ion has merged with the K&H Wealth Partners.

 

Roger is guided by his simple yet powerful motto: "You get more by giving." He doesn't just live and breathe it, he brings it to his clients, who have benefitted personally, spiritually, and financially.

 

Roger likes to say that you're more productive when you're busy doing things you enjoy, and he's not kidding. Aside from spending time with his grandkids, Roger has earned his private pilot's license, he's a sailing skipper, he's skydived and he's driven a car on a NASCAR track!
